Time-Efficient: A "exercise snack" routine of just 5 minutes, twice per week.

    Zero-Equipment: No gym? No problem. The routine requires no equipment and can be done in any location, from a classroom to a small bedroom.
Inclusive by Design: We intentionally remove barriers like lack of exercise knowledge, equipment, and time.

Evidence-Based: Our program is part of an ongoing study investigating how to make health habits robust across all socioeconomic backgrounds.
